Dream Diabetes Dream Diabetes is a Physical – Virtual Consultation Platform, where patient will be provided devoted health care solutions for Diabetes, Metabolism and Endocrine.
The project is centered around the idea of improving Diabetes care through standardization of treatment modalities, support Diabetic patients for quality healthcare access for better Disease Management and developing liaison between Patient and Healthcare Providers & prevent future complication of Diabetes.
VISION
We aim to put the patient at the hub of care while also improving the capacity of the health-care providers and facilities that surround them.
MISSION
Developing Diabetes Specialized centers in undeserved areas and provide standardized Diabetes Care and virtually connecting for mentorship with specialized care center.
