Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between the Sri Lanka College of Endocrinologists, Dr. S. Abbas Raza (CEO, MED Consultants) and Public health – Getz Pharma on August 10, 2024, during the Annual meeting SLENDO in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The MOU formalizes a collaborative effort to conduct joint research in Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
The project will involve four centers in Sri Lanka, led by leading Endocrinologists – Members of the Sri Lanka College of Endocrinologists, and four centers in Pakistan. There are also plans to expand the trial to include four additional countries, making it a multi-center study.
M.E.D Consultants takes an initiative and collaborate with PharmEvo Private Limited on Dream Diabetes AWAZ (Awareness & Wellness Advise with Zeal) & aiming to provide best in class virtual consultations with Endocrinologist, comprehensive medical support through Diabetes Education, Diet consultations and answering the queries & questions of Diabetic patients.
The MOU signing event occurred at Centre of Excellence Lahore and CEO M.E.D Consultants Dr. S. Abbas Raza & CEO PharmEvo Syed Jamshed Ahmed also graced the event.
M.E.D Consultants collaborate with Umar Diabetes Foundation on “DiaBuddies Project – A Peer Support Group for Type 1 Diabetic patients”. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for children and young adults living with Type I Diabetes in Pakistan.
